Important Information:

• The evening will begin with a ribbon cutting at approximately 5:50pm
• As you enter the event please pick up your name tag which will be your dinner ticket! Also, pre-paid raffle tickets will be with your name tag.
• Enjoy drinks and networking from 6-6:30pm with a fiddling trio entertaining.
  You will have plenty of time to check out the silent auction and live auction items
  and purchase raffle tickets.
• Dinner by K&M Barbeque will be served at 6:30 with awards and auction to follow!

Dress: While this event is usually cocktail attire, this year’s Wild West themes allows for western wear casual or dressy.

Parking: The Meadowlark has approximately 50 parking spaces in their parking lot. Additional parking is available on the outside loop of South Madison and Webster Streets. We encourage carpooling. We also ask guests enter on S. Webster (the second left off of 191st, East of 169 Hwy). As you follow the “horseshoe back around to Madison towards the Meadowlark, please park parallel to the outside loop. Please be aware that it may be dark as parking fills up! We will have flashlights available after the event.
